Return Policy

If you receive products from us, and you are not 100% satisfied we are willing to do a full exchange for your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. We have altered this policy in light of sporadic issues surrounding shipping around the world during these extraordinary times we are living in.

This allows you to fully test, use and troubleshoot without risk. If the product is deemed damaged or requires a replacement, we will provide you with a fullly paid and trackable USPS return shipping label. Once that is active in the USPS system, your replacement product(s) will be sent.

If you simply want to RETURN your item(s) for a refund, it must be done so within 10 days of the item being delivered. You will incur the return shipping fee which is very affordable within the USA, as our return address is located in California.
