The order arrived quickly to Canada and in good order. The espresso pump matches the description with all items neatly packed in the retail box with instructions. The seller is very conscientious about her products and her customer, as this is all important to her. She is quick to reply and will help to solve any problem she can, as in my case with a question on how the cap fits. This is a good espresso pump and with cleaning care and use, it should last me a while. I do recommend this and both the seller and the store.
